I know to wait a couple days before drinking and also to not drink alcohol while on my medication but I don’t know how long it takes for the medicine to go through my system. It says to take the pills every 4 hours as needed so does that mean that the medication goes through the system in a little over 4 hours? How long after my last pill can I drink anything alcoholic?

A recommendation has been given to the FDA to lower maximum does of Tylenol and other Acetaminophen products (from 1000 mg to 650 at a time) and totally do away with the opiate combination painkillers.

The problem is, that they no longer help. So I decided to ask for Percocet instead. I was wondering if someone could tell me how much of a difference is the price without a prescription. I’ve called around, but no pharmacy seems to want to give any info over the phone.
