Question by CrO4^2-: Is there such a thing as a full recovery from meth addiction, where it is as if the person never did the drug?
Or are people forever changed, however imperceptibly, for the worst, no matter how long they’ve been away from the drug?

No one ever recovers from an addiction, they are constantly recovering.

I was in Shanghai and a drunken driver who was already baned for previous drink driving killed an Innocent person.
