I have to schedule a probation drug test sometime this week. I’m wondering when I have to stop to ensure being clean. Or do they even test for it.

A co-worker of mine has told me she knows her son is using meth and she doesnt know how to go about confronting. She wants to help him ,but she has no info on it. She asked me about it ,I told her I have used it, some years past and told her its an awful spiral down to ruin. She would like to know how long it stays in the system and any other useful infor mation she can get.Thank you for your help.

If someone did about 40mg of oxycontin on Dec. 5, is it possible they could pass a drug test on Dec. 9 which is four days later? Before, Dec. 5 they hadn’t done any oxy in over a month, if that matters.

If someone who is not a user injected methamphetamine for two days, then was clean for 5 and had a swab test done on the fifth day, would they still test positive? I’ve read several different opinions across the web and I’m looking for facts. The typical answer seems to be 72 hours, but I’m not sure if the method of use or detection plays a factor in that… Anyone’s input with knowledge or experience in this area would be great. Thanks.
