What are the brand names of Oxycontin and help with drug references?

A lot of different medical websites say different things for the brand names of Oxycontin. How do I know which brand names to use? Also, I have to include the top 5 side effects. There are so many side effects for each drug, so how do I determine the top 5 side effects. I have to make drug reference cards for pharmacology class. Please help?
