Question by msgeisha: should i makeup initials for being verified at narcotics/alcoholics anonymous meetings for probation visit?
i have a probation meeting coming up and i haven’t gone to any of the required aa/na/cma, etc meetings. should i put fake initials down for the “verified” part on the form? or should i just be truthful and risk going back to jail? is there anyway he/she can tell that i put fake initials on the form?

Truthful. If you get caught falsifying information you will definitely go back to jail.

I have to schedule a probation drug test sometime this week. I’m wondering when I have to stop to ensure being clean. Or do they even test for it.

My son is on probation in Texas for a felony theft. He was arrested yesterday for DWI, which is his second DWI in 4 years. Will his probation for the theft automatically be revoked?
Also, can an attorney really help, or is it pretty much in the hands of a judge regardless of representation?

What is the penalty for 2nd OWI while on probation for the 1st in the state of michigan? It has been less than a year. I have however, checked myself into substance abuse rehab.
