What was the name of the HBO documentary that had a pregnant prostitute smoking crack?

Question by K.C.: What was the name of the HBO documentary that had a pregnant prostitute smoking crack?
It’s not ‘High On Crack Street: lost Lives in Lowell” because it aired before that was even made. I’m writing a paper for school that’s due tomorrow and have used a scene in this documentary as an example. The woman was caucasian, had long brown hair, was missing a front tooth and went into treatment twice I believe during the documentary. I know at least once she left treatment. She smoked crack on camera while at least 5 months pregnant. Please, I am not looking for opinions of outrage that this happened, I just would like to be able to sight this documentary correctly for my paper. I first saw this back in 1991, but it may have come out earlier. thank you so much for any information on this HBO documentary you can give me.
