This news said that Mexico make a new law about drugs. The law say that he people who was suprised with no more than 4 lines of cocaine or 4 of marihuana where ciriminals. If the police get them they will be encouraged to go to rehab and the second time also, but the third time they we be forced to go to rehab. This is because the police had the chance to decide if they send them to prison or just warn them beore and because of this they use to ask for money so they will not take them to prison. President Felipe Cladreron said that this does not mean that drug is legal now in Mexico.
