I did meth about 42 days ago for around 3 days. Why am i not addicted?

I recently got an OUI (a little over 2 weeks ago) and I’m finding it harder and harder to get to work as friends here in school are going home this week. I do not want to pay for a taxi, and the busses stop running at 6pm. Maine sucks like that!
But how long do I have to wait to get a work-conditional license and how do I get one?
