I have read that the physiological effect of cocaine on the brain is similar to the physiological effect of eating or having sex. Is this true and how does it work?

I dont get drunk.

I drink to boost my confidence when i need to and to just make myself feel a little more joyful.
It usually takes one drink (one 341ml of 5% beer) for me to feel a noticeable difference, but its barely anything.
How can I enhance the effect of alcohol without actually drinking more of it? Like, I heard i could drink on an emptier stomach, or not drink any fluids prior. Or what if i chug it down fast rather than slowly drinking it?

I wouldn’t want to get drunk or take it too far though..

I tried cocaine for the first time 2 days ago. I havent slept since but yet i feel exhausted. I took a stupid amount of alcohol along with the coke which is probably causing me more problems. I have very little appetite although I have forced down a couple of small meals. Is this a normal reaction or could I just be being paranoid? I didnt take all that much. How long is it normal to feel rough for?
