Easy Drug Rehabilitation

Can I sue a drunk driver for hitting my parked car? Last night a guy hit my parked car and flipped his own. The cops came and hand cuffed him. It looked to be a DUI. The car isn’t his, it’s his girlfriends. Anyways my car may be totaled. Can I sue her for inconvenience and monetary losses. Since I now have to purchase a brand new car and open a new 5 loan. My car is worth 16000 on Kelley Blue Book and I still owe 7000 on my totaled car. What are my options. Please help!

I was behind a drunk driver today. My passenger called 911 to report him. Then the drunk driver parked in his driveway. We gave the cops his address. Can the cops do anything? Or is the driver off the hook because he is no longer driving?

two nights ago i was hit by a drunk driver. he blew a 1.4, or maybe a .14 im not sure, but anyway the police charged him because he flew threw a stop sign, hit me, and then i went head on into a pole. i was okay other than a slight concussion, but my car is totaled.

i dont believe he has car insurance, and i only have liability. am i going to have to by myself another car? if so, this is completely rediciouls. i get off work just to go home, and an idiotic drunk driver hits me and now im left with no car?? answers please??
