I was wondering on my husbands behalf what the difference was between a dwi conviction and a dwi offense. He got a second dwi in one year and was told he was getting a one year revocation of his liscence. I read on the computer something about a five year liscence denial what does this mean? He did not kill or assult anybody. He did have a accident to whch his insurence took care of. He was told he was eligable to reinstate in one year but he had to retake the drivers exam. Please clear this up for me all Missouri Police and lawyers are welcome to answer this. any web sites are helpful. What is is the difference btween a five year liscence denial and a one year revocation. No felony was put on his record. Serious answers only. I will vote on the best answer ten points, thanks!

I have been prescribed percocet for many surgeries/conditions in my life, and the pills always say 512. This time I got ones that say 104. The 104′s don’t seem to work as well. I tried searching the internet for an answer but to no avail. Thanks!

Both have been perscribed. The Percocet was for right after a surgery I had. The Darvocet is suppose to hold me over until I see the doctor again. Is there a big difference between the two?

I am allergic to Darvocet but have no reaction to Vicodin, which looks to be in the same group. I am wondering if I may be allergic to Percocet, since I’m allergic to Darvocet.

My Doctor had me on percocet for almost a year due to my health reasons and recently changed me to lortab 500 mg. Are these the same in taking the pain away? the percocet did;nt seem to help the pain. I was on one tablet 4 times a day as needed prn.
