Would shooting meth one more time cause me become addicted again?

August 20, 2010 - 10:00 pm 1 Comment

Question by : Would shooting meth one more time cause me become addicted again?
I am a 22 year old recovered meth addict, I just lost my job and need a way to cope.

Best answer:

Answer by Sarah
YES!! don’t do it!!! Your so young and meth is a horrible drug. I’m not just preaching to you either, I have experience with this. You just have to try to cope with depression another way, yoga, hiking, anti-depressants…. anything but METH. I lost countless friends to meth and its so disgusting, your teeth rotting and aging, just think of the people who do it and how they act and look. That alone should be enough to keep you away from the drug. By the way, sorry you lost your job, try to look at the bright side of things. I have two horrible incurable diseases and I always tell myself it could be worse.

I’m curious as to what substances can cause you to test positive on a drug test for methamphetamines/amphetamines, OTHER then actual meth. I heard that some diet drugs can, can anyone tell me any diet drugs that are available in today’s market OTC that could cause a false positive on a drug test?

What kind of illicit drugs cause sores to form on the skin of the user?

January 12, 2010 - 12:23 am 9 Comments

A friend of mine, whom I have confronted about his drug usage and he has denied it each time, recently broke out with a big sore on his face and one on his abdomen that had to be treated with antibiotics. He told me they were infected bug bites that had to be treated with antibiotics. I just found out that he told a few other people that the reason for the sores was because he had gotten ahold of a bad batch of some type of drug. I have had my fair share of experimentation, but have never heard of this happening. Can anyone help?

Do certain illegal drugs cause early Rheumatoid Arthritis, or any type of bone deterioration more than others?

January 9, 2010 - 6:21 pm 2 Comments

I know all illegal drugs are bad, but are certain ones known to cause Rheumatoid Arthritis, or any type of bone deterioration, over others? I have used a few in the past, and now at 22, I am suffering from an advanced case of bone damage in my hands. I have also been diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Please help with real facts, Rather than just “Drugs are bad”. I will be picking the best answer. Thanks!
