Question by reesh: how long does methamphetamines and cannabis stay in the bloodstream?

Best answer:

Answer by Crissty
The length of time that drugs remain in your body varies according to a lot of factors. However, on average, methamphetamine will be detected for up to 8 hours and marijuana for up to about 48-72 hours.

Some of the factors which can vary these figures include:

The purity of the drug
How much you have
How you have it
How often you have them
What other drugs you have
Your mood and environment
Your tolerance to the drugs
Your sex and age
Your general health and well-being, and
Your general metabolic state

Methamphetamine remains in the bloodstream for long periods of time after a user ingests it. NIDA reports that as much as 50 percent remains in the bloodstream 12 hours post-use.

As with Marijuana I think if you’re a light-moderate user it stays like 72 hours. As for the more heavy users, I have no idea, longer I’d imagine, but I don’t see it staying longer than 2 weeks in your bloodstream. THC level depends on how long it stays in your fat cells.

Since you didnt give any other details this is the best i can do.
