Question by heart,anabella: Should I call the cops if someone is smoking crack?
I was walking home and these guys were smoking crack or something illegal for sure while they were driving. So next time I see someone driving and smoking illegal stuff should I call the cops?
What can they do if they aren’t near? Can’t the guy get away? Its not like they have a tracking device on him or anything.
