These two videos were screened for the Oak Park High School student body on 12/13/2011. In the aftermath of the tragic deaths of 3 teens in the Conejo Valley, OPHS students created these videos for both educational purposes as well as a call to look out for each other’s well being. The 2nd video “Blades of Grass,” is about suicide awareness. The story is told by Zack Greenwald (OPHS class of 2005), and the background music is by his band “Givers & Takers”. Getting better is the most important thing here, right? It doesn’t matter where the rehab is located because the determination to get better is the only thing that’s important.
