I hope this is not taken the wrong way but I believe everyone can benefit from meditation and yoga. Going backmentally, even to your childhood and remember something beautiful and spiritual and bring that memory into your mind;s eye and try doing it in combination with deep breathing exercises, I hope it helps

For about two years I was taking an average of 140mg of Adderall a day, about four days a week. In the last six months of this, my nose would bleed whenever I took it, even though I was taking it orally, not blowing it. Does anyone know why that could’ve been happening? Hi. I have been taking percocet for ruptured ovarian cyst. I have been having these like once a week so I have been on Percocet for some time now. Now I have built my tolerance up. How long does it take to get the Percocet out of my system so when I have surgery to remove my ovaries the Percocet will actually help my pain and I won’t have to take more?

A co-worker of mine has told me she knows her son is using meth and she doesnt know how to go about confronting. She wants to help him ,but she has no info on it. She asked me about it ,I told her I have used it, some years past and told her its an awful spiral down to ruin.
