Congratulations on the fact that you want to stop. You need to be very careful when weaning oneself off of these. I recommend prefessional advice because I’ve heard of people having heart attacks during withdrawals.

Ask you doctor for hiis professional advise. They cannot report you for using as it’s doctor patient confidentiality.
