Hi. I live in wisconsin and am unlicensed and uninsured I got in an accident with a drunk driver that was at fault what will happen?

I am writing a story about a drunk driver who nearly kills someone and I need to know what kind of jail time this person could face. Also, if the drunk driver is convicted and in prison and the victim, still alive at the time of sentencing with serious injuries such as paralysis, dies later because of injuries related to the accident, could that in any way change the driver’s sentence?

So say and your buddy decide to go for a drive and your both drunk. Your friend is driving and hits someone. Can you be charged in the accident even though you were not the one behind the wheel?
