I know they rang when I took a hit…but now its the day after and they are randomly ringing or buzzing.

Crystal meth addiction?

A friend of mine has just told me that she has been using meth for 2-3 months. She says that she wants to stop and i believe her, however, she dose not want to resort to rehab yet. My question is is there anything she can do when she has an intense craving? Please just answer the question, i don’t need anyone telling me she needs rehab. i know that is a possibility but i want to a least give her a chance.

try a xanax or valium,meth is very hard to kick. just tell her to resist the urge, jog or do something else to occupy herself. i have friends and sis-in-law that had that problem once you stop never do it again. it’ll get better with time.

I need help, my mom has been addicted to cristal meth (methamphetamine) for as long as I can remember. We lived poor all my life until me and my brother and three sisters were put in foster care. I know how difficult it can be to break an addiction, but wouldn’t begin to know how hard it would be to break a meth addiction. I’ve resarched the drug and know the ins and outs of it but have yet to find a cure for this disease. I know in china they treat drug addiction as a disease and help cure it instead of jailing you where you only meet more people who are involved with drugs. I also know that the succes rate for breaking the addiction and staying clean in china is a hell of alot more than in the US. Ive done resarch on DMT or dimytheltryptamine and know some people have been known to break heroin addictions after one dose of dmt. Dmt is a chemical produced in our penile gland right above our brain stem and is found in almost all living orginisms, and is resposible for our dreams. I want to know if dmt is likely to effect addiction to cristal meth, or if there is any thing els that can help. My mom is not strong enough to break it on her own and i dont blame her. I can’t stand to see my mom suffer anymore. I know nobody wants to inhale battery acid and drano chemicals everyday, living off of disability checks. She wants her life back and i want my mom back before its to late.

Get any help. That stuff is nearly or impossible to break a addiction. Most people can’t get off it. Really any help with do something. That stuff will end her life fast. Loving her up will keep her off it but I don’t know if that will help or where she goes will. Just keep her off it and work fast and hard

I’m not Tom Cruise or anything, but I find it flabbergasting that children with “ADD” are put on methamphetamines like Ritalin. Have you ever taken one of these drugs? They are real, legitimate hard drugs!

I am a 32 year old woman, I was recently diagnosed with adult add, I tried those drugs and had to stop. they are the same as speed. not good. the side effects are terrible and i went into severe depression when i stopped.(withdraw). I cannot believe parents would actually give their children speed intentionally

Where does it say “specifically” that an applicant must provide “proof of rehabilitation” once a 3 year ban for drug use is up? I would like to find this law and/or requirement.
