Question by some guy: How to break a heroin and crystal meth addiction?
If I walk down there to ask for help, they always end up injecting me with these horrible depressing drugs, and then keep me locked up for a week. I just got back for the last time. I’ve given up on the system. How can I quit using sheer will power?

you have to replace the addiction with another healthy addiction. Walking, sleeping, running, swimming…
that’s the only way pure will power will work.

It sounds like you are at a point where you are ready to quit. That right there is a start. It will not be easy overcoming the addictions yourself. The best thing you can do is to surround yourself with drug free people. Let them know what you are going through, and tell them you need their support. You could try a methadone clinic, but these don’t always help. The methadone will help to get you off of the heroin, but can be just as addictive. If you want to do this cold turkey, look for support from people that really care for you. Good luck to you.
