Dr. Murray wasn’t even licensed to give the sedetive. I’ve had it myself before, only a trained anesiologist is allowed to give it. And yes it’s only suppossed to be for surgical purposes only. MJ didn’t know this, he thought it was a sleep aid. Still Dr. Murray should have known better, any trained doctor or nurse could simply have given him introvenous Benadryl which usually works in just 1 minute.

@Tornado1994 I dont understand how a doctor could make so many mistakes. First of all, propofol is not a sleep aid. Also, the notion of performing CPR on a bed is so off the charts it’s a joke. Especially for a CARDIOLOGIST. Ugh.
I’m studying to be a nurse. I watched an upper endoscopy procedure and we had to adminsiter propofol to the patient, who fell asleep within 5 seconds and STOPPED BREATHING. It’s unthinkable that this doctor would leave his patient after administering that drug.

if the doctor is sentenced to guilty, he is liable for damages. he is never able to avoid paying huge money to at least the mj family and companies on business. he will select the way in which he himself file for the personal bancruptcy. i really wonder how the doctor is dealt with.

Why don’t they just skip the formalities and throw this doctor in jail. We all know he killed Michael Jackson. How can he live with knowing that anyway. He should be hanged. He started by giving MJ several sedetives introvenously before giving him the propofal on the morning of Thursday June 25. Here’s what murray did wrong. After giving Michael the aneshetic, he failed to monitor him and left the room for a while. He also failed to have MJ hooked up to an oxygen tank, which is what most doctors trained aneshesialogists would do. Also Murray wasn’t even licensed to give the drug. After MJ stopped breathing, Murray made things worse by giving him CPR on the bed.
