Taken from the VHS edition of Robocop right before the movie starts, actor Peter Weller explains the things that really bug his on screen persona. Apparently it’s drugs. Drugs bug him.
Captain Lou – in partial Mario getup – implores kids not to use drugs. It’s a very passionate and strong speech that seems like it was recorded in a spare room with bad acoustics. I’m also not sure whether the bouncy kids music fits here.

I was making a joke about how odd this message is in a movie where kids do WAY worse things than try drugs. I’m not sure how serious you think this debate is, but we’re talking about a wisecrack I made in reference to a 90′s action movie.
