My sister has always been the good one. It was as if she never did anything wrong. When I found out that she’s suffering from alcoholism, it really came as a shock to me. She’s asking for my help in finding alcohol rehabs. How will I do this? I live far away from her.

Alcoholism affects even those whom we think aren’t likely to get it. I’m really sorry about what has happened to your sister but I’m glad that she has already decided to get help and face her problem head on. Your support and encouragement will really make a difference so just keep on being there for her. To find alcohol rehabs, you may use the links below. You can also ask her to go to a doctor and the doctor will give her some recommendations. Good luck!

Call your local Health Department or hospital, they should be able to help locate a facility. good luck to both of you
