The Enemy Ecstasy – shows the drug Ecstasy and some implications of its use as applied to the military. Extent of Use: National Survey on Drug Use and Health (NSDUH). MDMA is called ecstasy in the NSDUH. In 2005, an estimated 502000 people in the US age 12 or older used MDMA in the past month. While lifetime use increased among those 12 or older from 2002 to 2005, there were significant declines in lifetime use from 2004 to 2005 among those 12 to 17 and 14 or 15. Other 2005 NSDUH results show significant increases in past month use among females and declines in past year use among those 12 or older. Approximately 615000 Americans used ecstasy for the first time in 2005. The majority of these new users were 18 or older (65.9 percent). Among past year initiates aged 12 to 49, the average age at initiation of Ecstasy in 2005 was 20.7 years. Community Epidemiology Work Group (CEWG). In addition, some members reported increased use of MDMA among African-American and Hispanic populations. Monitoring the Future (MTF) Survey. Past year use of MDMA was reported by 1.4 percent of 8th-graders, 2.8 percent of 10th-graders, and 4.1 percent of 12th-graders in 2006. Although these figures represent significant reductions in use since the peak year in 2001, trends in use have remained relatively stable over the past 3

@gozlo25 The military should allow prescription-MDMA for PTSD. It has over 50% success rate if used in a controlled environment.

  2. yarahahrwe Says:

so ghb and rohypnol are methamphetamines, ketamine is like lsd, prescription drugs are safe, mdma kills “serotonin cells”, and the law imposing harsher penalties for drug use than for murder is alright

    abject failure

  3. gozlo25 Says:

Of course the military doesn’t want their soldiers using MDMA, a drug famous for its empathetic and compassionate qualities. The military’s primary purpose is to kill people. It’s pretty hard to kill someone if you love them.

  4. 39tommyboy Says:

the dumbest question somebody could ask a dealer or a friend who is using a drug is what does it do to you. well like penicillan it kills my infections but to some people it kills you instead its the same with all drugs. what works for one person might kill another. god bless

  5. corweezy010 Says:

wow…. people dont usually die from mdma itself they die from dehydration and fillers that dealers put in the pill to make a profit. tip, don’t buy at a event from someone you don’t know , buy before hand so people who already tried your particular pill can spread the word if its a bad pill or not. The key to doing any drug is moderation, too much of anything is always a bad thing. do it every once in a while, not repeatedly

  6. cmcintyr7779 Says:

damn, everything that makes us feel good. is bad for you hehehe

  7. cmcintyr7779 Says:

if weed and ecstasy were legal there wouldnt be any wars!

  8. Icix1 Says:

Well maybe not the hard ones, but I dont see how smoking dope or eating mushrooms would affect their long term performance.

  9. rosaryfilms Says:

Icix1, there are lots of reasons.

  10. Icix1 Says:

also I don’t see the problem with soldiers using drugs on leave. So long as they aren’t doing x on the job i dont see why the military cares.

  11. Icix1 Says:

the government would outlaw anything fun if it could get away with it

  12. HareKrishnaAlex Says:

    lol plur

  13. mast3reef3r Says:

i’m sorry but out of all the times i’ve done K i’ve never had hallucinations like LSD. the government is fucking stupid. they tell all the bad points about a drug but none of the good things. and the good outweighs the bad by a mile. this video just makes me want to go eat some rolls. fuck the government

  14. shaman642 Says:

EVEN death oh my goodness! …maybe you should watch what you put in your mouth…it’s called “not being stupid and knowing what you get”…idiot. I love how they play morbid violins in the background when there’s an image of a rave on the screen. How cute…absolute brainwash haha.

  15. JiubLink Says:

    “Mild” euphoria?! haha.

There is nothing mild about MDMA

  16. JiubLink Says:

Ecstasy does not make you hallucinate you fucking idiot.

  17. Andromanche1337 Says:

Why do they say club drugs belong to the methamphetamine family, and then include rohypnol and ghb in this so called family? lol

  18. ugandajimbo Says:

Isn’t it ironic that increase finds of the dangerous PMA in ecstacy is linked to the limiting of better safer chemicals used to make the pills. The end result is a more dangerous drug bought about by the war on the drugs, that isn’t working incase anyone didn’t notice. Further more ther have been just over 200 exstacy related deaths since its inception in the UK. By contrast over 8000 people dies in scotland from alchohol in one year. Ther is no evidence at all of long term damage.

  19. CultivationConvict Says:

These soldiers are risking there lives to fight for there country then they can get jailtime for enjoying themselves on a pill. What alot of shit. Its ok for them to get shot dead on duty fightig democratic wars but they not aloud to risk there own lives on there night off(bullshit).Drink kills more than all the drugs put together

  20. startxxx1991 Says:

If E gonna give someone depression this is a good reason to aim guns at people to save one from depression *sarcasm*

  21. camelioestevez Says:
