What is wrong with anger? Anger is a natural emotion, one that helps people get things done, it’s motivation, it is inspiration. Without anger, people are nothing but a dish rag, back bent and head bowed. Anger helps to set wrongs right, correct injustices, and confront issues. Anger gave us the American Revolution, Anger was used to help free the slaves. Anger will help to take down the biggest drug cartel the world has ever known. Cigarette manufacturers . or at least regulate them properly.
A rake fails to pick up leaves unless a man uses the tool. The program is abstinence based, and few make the cut.
Alcoholism is terminal in that very few are going to stay sober, and many will die drunk. But go to any meeting and ask all those with a year or more to raise their hands.
Many hands go up at every meeting I attend. Although I am not without reservations, there is great value in AA fellowship.
I enjoy being with people going through the challenges I don’t have to face alone.
If they want to see anger they need only look at your commentary here. Why is it that you people always assume that those who have looked at the facts and want to question you with the facts are angry?

Man you guys are angry, why all the anger? Why not just get out there an enjoy life, its cool to be sober, or drinkin, whatever makes you happy. Just have a quick read back on your comments an they are soo angry. Life is a blast, get out there and enjoy it, not cult talk, just common sense.
Some people have tried to say that AA early membership was much more successful than it is now. I emailed Ragge,Stanton Peele, and Orange. Only Ragge responded. I find it very difficult for anyone to prove that AA was anymore successful. But I would like to see if there was any data, and if there was any data with regards to regular AA and agnostic AA. In other words is non religious AA more effective?
