Notice: She doesn’ t ask for a ride. Her husband doesn’t ask for her to get a ride. He asks if they could just give him a citation. I don’t think they’re too far out in the sticks. The weather is warm (they’re all in short sleeves), and she has a cell phone. She doesn’t appear infirm, though she is a little chunky. Well, so am I. I could use a little walk. Nothing in this video is patently “unfair.”

Absolut – God forbid something had happened to this poor woman after they left her alone on a highway. Officers are to protect & serve. As far as I’m concerned, they did nothing to protect this woman and put her directly in harm’s way. These guys are insult to the badge.

AbsolutJustice… it does not matter if it was 12 noon! the officers should have made sure that the passenger is safe before they trasnported! I’m a police officer and DO NOT agree with how they handled it. another unit could have did the transport to a safer area

  10. TajRasak Says:

Ok listen up people.. being whtie or black is not the issue here.. from a police point of view, the officers did wrong! no questions asked.. if something happened to the woman the cops are liable for her safety! they should have either let her drive away in the vehicle or gave her a ride to the closest gas station, police station, safer area where she can be picked up by relatives or friends. When I arrest someone and face the same situation, i always make sure the passengers are ok b4 leaving!

If she was a young skinny white woman would they have left her in the road in pitch black darkness?

bung hole?? We knw who the faggot iz!!!!

  13. nisha513 Says:

this is bullshit how ever you look at it. white people think they are so fucking supeior. it was wrong to leave her on the side of the road. she wasnt the one being arrested. He didn’t have to treat her like that or talk to her the way he did. he was being nasty from the start. I don’t even know why i’m letting this shit upset me. it’s bad enough i have to deal with these white bitches at my school. I try everyday to keep from catching a felony fucking with these white people.

    Dumb bastard.

I don’t know why the hell the woman was being so rude. It is not the job of the state police to shoffer around people. She had a cell phone and was even on it while talking to the troopers, she can certainly call a friend and get someone to come get her. As the trooper pointed out, it was only about 7:15pm. She needed to just get on the phone and call someone instead of taking up the troopers’ time.

  19. joewalshman Says:

I totally agree with you. He wasn’t rude to her and like you said, if they had been obeying the law in the first place they wouldn’t be in this trouble. She’s lucky she wasn’t arrested as an accomplice on his drug charge.

  20. dman71215 Says:

You thinks its okay to leave a woman stranded on the side of the road at night

  21. IRISHPROUDWOMAN Says:

Whats wrong with the way they handled this? The rules have to be followed. The wrecker driver said the vehicle could not be picked up until 10 am. Thats their business. The HP was just rlaying the message. I don’t see anything wrong with it. If these people were acting LEGALLY they wouldn’t have these kinds of problems.
