Try making sense for a change. The theory is BS only in that the people who ascribe to it believe that it is the fault of the drug rather than the fact that it is illegal. Dealers have more than one illegal thing, and they make more money off the harder/more expensive stuff. Of course they’re going to ask you to try some, so they can make more money. Your debate style needs some fixing. Calling names isn’t exactly going to make people take you seriously.

Sheilanagig is a f**king idiot. First off gateway drug means “The gateway drug theory is the belief that use of a lower classed drug can lead to the subsequent use of “harder”, more dangerous drugs.” The point is that the theory is bullshit and that its suggestive rather than cause and effect. It absolutely has nothing to do with connections but rather “use” which again is bulls*it.

It’s called a gateway drug because you have to buy it illegally, and you buy it from people who also sell cocaine. If you didn’t have to buy it from them, you wouldn’t have a selection of the harder stuff so available.
