they should go to jail forever for risking certain incarceration for such a paltry amount…go big or stay home druggie

If you must try putting it in checked baggage. I highly reccomend against taking it on a plane. Though I highly reccomend against using it at all also.

    Depends.
If it was Paris Hilton, she would probably have to serve an entire week in county lockup.

Three point five grams is enough weight to charge the person with possession with the intent to distribute. If you have a prior conviction you will go to jail and not collect your two hundred dollars.

I guess it would depend on whose airplane they were embarking and where they were departing from as well as who they were.

In the US, Jail Time for sure and if that person had any other offenses, even one, they would probably go for the three strikes thing and you would do life. On the other hand if you were in Canada you would probably get probation. Home of the free eh?

If you have enough money to fight the charge, you will serve no time!!!
In the order hand , get ready to spend from 5 to 10 years in the shade.
    Remember money buys anything !!!

See what coke does to people. Please learn from this 8 ball junkie. He got caught once then got caught again and is not sure if this is his second offense. Ding dong 1 + 1 = 2.

In some countries there is no such thing as a “second offense”.
