    “D”, because now that there are less drugs, the ones that are available will cost more, therefore increasing the amount being spent.

    a. no- price rises as supply decreases and demand stays same.
    b. no- more drugs are seized less is available.
    c. no- supplier crime goes up as gangs look for different ways to get drugs into country, fighting other gangs for territory and routes.
