I agree, but that would be an in-direct tax, and included in that tax, is a limit. With it being illegal, they collect on motor vehicle code violations, drug rehab financing, and a general rise in federal income taxes, which includes the financing of more jails, more police, and more faulty big brother systems. This is why we need to rebel, and just smoke it!

it is up to the sherrif of those counties in California to stop the DEA and federal government from raiding the dipenseries. The 10th Amendment makes any state law passed above any federal law. For you all in California….start pressing your sherrif. He is the highest elected official in your county. If he allows the DEA to do these raid (which I have seen on video) to raid something that was voted on and made law, then he or she is in turn breaking the law. Grow some balls!
