Question by spoilerdave: Does a past meth addiction pose risks for future pregnancy?
I’m dating someone (27) who just kicked a 10 year meth habit. She’s been clean for a year, but if things worked out and she stayed clean would it impact her ability to have a healthy baby in a few years?
Thanks

Question by bluedaisy: Survey: Do you know anyone who is addicted to meth amphetamines?
I have 4 people in my life whom I love that are addicted to meth. I feel like I need to do something to help stop this epidemic. I am tired of seeing lives with so much potential destroyed by this horrible drug. So I am taking a survey to see if I can get an idea of how bad it really is. Please tell me if you have any helpful info on the subject. thank you.

Question by rachelk828: Any advice for a daughter with a vicodin-addicted father with no desire to go to rehab?
My father keeps returning to narcotics. Him and my mother own a business and he’s killing it with the abuse. Without the business, we can’t afford the house, which won’t sell in Michigan’s horrible economic climate. I feel trapped between trying to make him understand the situation and finding a way to plan out how to sell the house and not go bankrupt. Help!

Question by cheyanne lw: Are there drug rehabilitation programs out there for someone who is financially-challenged?
I have a friend who’s a heroin addict and wants to get better, but she can’t do it on her own. She wants to get into a drug rehabilitation program, but she can’t afford it. Are there any drug rehabilitation programs out there that offer discounts or offer services for free?

You could probably help her find drug rehabs that offer grant money to people who couldn’t afford their services. I think there are also some rehabilitation centers that ask you to work for them instead of having to pay. You might want to inquire over the health department hotline too, or ask your doctor for recommendations.
Best of luck to you and your friend!
